Fruit bouquet? - fresh fruit bouquet

I make a variety of fresh fruit creative here Can someone tell me what you use at the bottom of the container for the spit?

I cut a head of lettuce, so that the flat bottom of the container to fit. I covered the finished product on the cabbage leaves for the iceberg and look pretty.

Also, when I saw some fruit in a piece of fresh pineapple with the background property, which also very well placed. Good luck, it's fun!

Or if you're really creative, you can paste it into a watermelon and decorate.
