Science Diet Puppy Food? - science diet puppy food
This week, my family rescued a lab mix 4 months old. She has provided us with a bag of food science for dogs. Is that a dog or healthy foods I should go for another brand?

I totally agree with BDS, unless that has my Basset severe allergies and he is a dog food as Artemis.
The main ingredients are chicken, turkey, barley, millet, peas, tomatoes, chicken fat, potatoes, duck, salmon, eggs, etc.
Here is their website: www.artemispetfood.com
It is also DPA and EPA-approved and manufactured in America. You can go to the site, the local distribution
Dog food quality has a high protein content (above 22%) and have little or no wheat (wheat is best) in the ingredient list. It is better that a food which does not buy grain as the first ingredient. I generally avoid most foods cheaper supermarket, you can save money, but eventually it will feed your dog more food to compensate for their lack of nutrition. When I eat my dogs quality food, of course, less. It's good for them and for our pockets.
I have not looked at the marking of Science Diet, but is a food that many vets recommend. However, I do not have much confidence in this because the company needs to push back to the food probably came from pharmaceutical companies, doctors pay to promote and prescribe drugs for human use.
Food science is better than genealogical or Alpo - or something like that ... but not what I mean dog. Currently, I change my dog, BF, Eagle Pack of Science Diet.
The most important things you want to be a form of meat (chicken, fish meal, etc.) as the first ingredient - the ingredients are listed by weight before treatment to get. If he just says "chicken" - these are the water, chicken, chicken meal, dehydrated chicken. If there is a leading cereals such as maize, or if there are several parts of the grain in the ingredient list, it is a sign of poor quality food (excluding food and LG superior race because they are determined), the growth and weight gain control.
I recommend brands are Acana, Eagle Pack, Nutro, Wellness, exactly, Solid Gold. If you want something that is cheaper, I would go with Nutro and Acana. Acana is Canadian, I support it.
In terms of making a comment about allergies, do not worry about allergies, unless your dog has. There is no reason to pay the extra price to avoid Belovedng, which can not be a problem.
